Mr. Sukeforth is an associate practicing in the firmís transactional group with an emphasis on commercial real estate, land use and affordable housing. Mr. Sukeforth has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial and mixed-use real estate projects. In addition, Mr. Sukeforth represents developers and tax credit syndicators in connection with multifamily housing projects financed with low income housing tax credits and other public funding sources, assisting in all aspects of the development and financing process.

Prior to joining Carle, Mackie, Power & Ross LLP in 2015, Mr. Sukeforth was an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use group of DLA Piper US LLP, where his practice focused on the development, purchase and sale, financing and leasing of commercial real estate projects, and in the Affordable Housing group of Bocarsly Emden Cowan Esmail & Arndt LLP, where his practice focused on the development and financing of multifamily tax credit housing projects.

When Mr. Sukeforth is not practicing law, he can generally be found hiking with his dogs or kayaking along the Russian River.
