Experience
Ms. Corcoran has lived in Napa and Sonoma Counties for 20 years and has practiced law in California since 1990. She also has experience with the practice of law in Washington State, having recently moved back to Sonoma County from southeastern Washington. She has extensive experience in successfully litigating both state and federal court matters in a wide range of legal specialties including governmental entity liability, business litigation, and winery-related litigation. Ms. Corcoran joins the firm after many years as an independent law and motion specialist, focusing on the pre-trial resolution of cases through motions practice. Ms. Corcoran has knowledge of the operational side of the wine business as well as compliance requirements. Ms. Corcoran is an associate in the firm’s litigation department.
