Philip (Jeff) Terry, a North Bay native, has practiced law since 1990. He has extensive trial experience in both State and Federal court, successfully assisting clients resolve complex legal disputes through jury trial, court trial, appeal, arbitration and mediation. Over the last 9 years Mr. Terry has developed wine industry expertise while successfully litigating wine spoilage and defective product issues, joint venture and partnership disputes, contract disputes, employment claims, grape purchase agreements, vineyard management disputes and construction related claims. Mr. Terry has served as a settlement conference pro tem panelist since 2006 with the Sonoma County Superior Court and is active with the Sonoma County Bar Association.
