Transactional Attorney

Currently we have an opening for a transactional associate with 3-5 years experience, particularly corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and other securities transactions.  Trademark experience a plus.

Litigation Attorney  

CMPR also seeks a mid-level litigation attorney who has significant experience with bank/lender work, construction related litigation, construction contracts, and developments/sales issues.  Position requires 5-10 years experience.  

The ideal CMPR candidate must have strong academic credentials, as well as excellent research and writing skills. To meet the CMPR professional standard you must be able to work independently, interact with clients, exercise sound judgment and think creatively.  

We are always receptive to meeting with more senior counsel, with an established clientele, to evaluate a lateral hire. We are also open to the possibility of acquiring a small business based firm.
