Experience
Formerly a partner with Hammonds, a leading U.K. based,
pan-European law firm, Mr. Inman practiced law in the U.K. for twenty
years where he represented clients in numerous national and
international transactions.
Becoming head of the Hammonds private equity group in 1991, Mr. Inman was responsible for building a premier private equity practice for the firm. Mr. Inman was also closely involved in the 1990 launch of the Hammonds Brussels office, and continues to follow EU law developments closely.
In 1998, Mr. Inman moved to Sonoma County with his California-born wife to pursue their interest in wine. The couple owns a Pinot Noir vineyard in the Russian River Valley and produce wine under their own label.
Since joining CMPR in 1999, Mr. Inman has handled a range of merger and acquisition transactions and has advised on a variety of public and private securities matters, venture capital and other financings.
Mr. Inman is a member of the Advisory Council of the USF McLaren School of Business
